The Early Education
At 13, I became the youngest car wax distributor in the United States for The Wax Shop — a California-based company later acquired by Turtle Wax. It wasn't a hobby. It was a market, a margin, and a lesson in what it means to move product.
By 14, I was working inside my father's national environmental companies — Erieway Inc. and Chem-Freight Inc. My high school enrolled me in a cooperative business education program. I didn't just participate — I led. President of the CBE chapter. President of fundraising. The classroom and the job site were never two separate things for me.
